I've had a great experience with Care One Rental and lived in the house for two years. The team is incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about their tenants. Any time a physical issue came up in the house, they were quick to address it and make repairs. They were very willing to problem-solve together. Would recommend! Thank you!!!

I have rented two parking spaces from CareOne for the last eight years - I am very satisfied with my experience with CareOne and I have been charged reasonable rates. Mustafa is a very good landlord and I would not hesitate to recommend him for your parking or housing needs.
I had a very negative experience with this person. The contract he gave to me had a number of math mistakes I caught that somehow benefitted him. Then, once the lease was signed, he didn't do anything to address the problems that I had, and at the end of the lease he simply didn't ever return my deposit, which was written into the contract. the first year of leasing was fine - the second year during the pandemic our landlord was not very understanding or considerate. there were times in which he gave us very short notice about maintenance visits which we would inform him made some tenants uncomfortable. especially in early months of the pandemic in which we wanted to not have random people come to the house. he also was very adamant about hosting a tour BEFORE he was allowed to legally. we had to show him proof that it wasn’t allowed which made me feel like he ... read more
