I have been going to Careone for years started out with Sheba and ended up with Dr. Maria. They were not the problem it was their staff. Nobody there was on the same page for as relaying medical information. One clerk would tell you one thing and then another something else. Dr. Maria wrote prescription for my fianc'e and told us we would have blood work again in 6 months he ran out of medication and we call to have it refilled for weeks, called yesterday to have phone appt today Dr Maria was not returning calls. Been here today. Initially, we took an appointment yesterday in care one for my father and got an appointment with sheeba Mathai at 12:30pm . We just went to the clinic and they took the details and check weight and blood pressure, height. Next they asked us to go into a room and we waited for sometime and someone just walked in and took the details. I have been visiting Careone clinic more than 2 yrs now and I’m a patient of Dr. Sheeba for quite a while. She's a truly great doctor who will take the time to make you feel comfortable and also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. The entire staff at clinic was friendly and efficient, made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
My full marks for Sheeba Make a note on change of location- they have recently just moved right behind from their original location
