Never got a shower in 11 days.Asked daily never change my bed sheets. The CNS repeatedly ignored the call bell. The first day I waited ten hours for my medication would not recommend this place for anyone
I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this facility!!!! As soon as I exited the elevator I was immediately hit with an overwhelming smell of urine. As I got closer to my loved ones room I could see how run down and dirty this place is. Once in my loved ones room I witnessed furniture that looked as if it came from a dump, lots of remnants of food under a bed and all over the room, dirt and dustballs all over the room.
