Miss Toni Dozier at the front desk is amazing! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Even in her bad days she seems to keep a smile on, not only her face but everyone else's faces.
I think this place is awful I have photos of staff sleeping and after visiting with my mom no one checked on her in 4 hours can’t wait to get her out of here
Non existent nursing care! Every single day this week they were soaking wet and filthy. Nurses act completely clueless (and I’m a nurse-it’s an embarrassment to the profession!) NO communication between PT and nursing. My parent had a stroke and can’t use their left side or see on that side and they consistently put the call bell on that side. Was told they would switch her room yesterday and that wasn’t done either. Really, the worst care I’ve ever seen! Avoid! I wish I did.
