I had a very disappointing experience at CareOne at Hamilton while visiting a friend. During my visit, I witnessed the Director of Culinary Services, Bernadette, speaking to employees in a way that came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and was upsetting to see, especially in a place where residents and their families expect kindness and respect. I cannot say enough wonderful things about CareOne Assisted Living in Hamilton, NJ. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth, compassion, and dedication from the entire staff. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for like family.
