We had a great experience at CareNow West Point. One of the highlights of our visit was the receptionist Stacie. She walked us through the registration process and made sure that we were paying the absolute best rate with our insurance. She was so incredibly kind, respectful and went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and were in good hands. This kind of treatment is rare and greatly appreciated. I was able to check in online and received a message when they were ready for me to come inside. The people were nice and professional.
Had a great experience at this location, got in super quick with my young son who broke his arm. Was greeted and helped immediately by Stacie who was wonderful! Had phenomenal help and care from the MA Beeca as well as Dr Stallings. They were all so gentle caring and was overall a great experience!
My son has severe and complex medical needs and this place is such a blessing! Stacie, Becca, and Dr Stallings were so amazing and helpful! They are all very mindful of his medical ptsd and take time to help him be comfortable. Highly recommend!
