I fractured my rib , so I came to Care Now Urgent Care. I was seen in a bit over an hour. The Nurse was thorough and so was the Physicians Assistant. They X-Rayed me and determined that my rib was indeed fractured. They prescribed me pain medicine. I went to CVS and they didn’t have it so the Physicians Assistant remained after their closing time to get me a substitute pain killer.
They get points for seeing me fast, but completely ignored how much pain I was in. Worst of all, I had to call back for advice because I was getting worse, got told they would “call back” and never heard from them again. Update: I’ll be going to need the ER now.
Very efficient and not a long wait . Doctors and staff were very welcoming
Never fails …. On vacation and need medical attention. From booking online to being seen promptly , everything went smoothly and rapidly ! Highly recommend!
