Our insurance is a PPO based on coinsurance so I was told I would be charged the full amount. I was charged $180 for the "whole visit" but they billed my insurance for $503 and then added the flu/covid/and strep test on top of that. Instead of a small percentage of an urgent care visit, we were charged almost $400 after insurance paid. The benches and such were worn with holes and floors were dirty. Quick and very professional. I came in for a cat bite and was in and out in less than an hour. I had X-Rays, a shot and prescription.
The staff are very welcoming and Dr. Delong, patty & Dr.ogdenmckee they were incredibly thorough, respectful, patient throughout my visit. She listened closely, explained everything clearly, & treated me with the kind of care that truly stands out. I’m grateful for her time & how seriously she took my concerns. I will definitely follow up with her for my care & highly appreciate the way she handled everything. Thank Y’all!
