Waste of time. Unhelpful and staff had no desire to attempt to assist me. I had called ahead of time to make sure I could use my government issued ID on the government app to verify my identity for my work healthcare needs and they told me right before I was to be seen that I could not use it. I went to another location down the street and they accepted it.
Np. Claudette and nurse Naw Grace were very nice and fast. The provider understood our concerns fast and was very thorough.
I walked in close to closing time. No one at the front desk greeted me or said one word to me. I checked in on their tablet. In about 5 minutes a guy came and locked the front door, he did not speak either. I was a bit concerned and did feel bad for arriving so late, but it was urgent. When I got called back to the room I met with Dr. Peterson. She was so kind and concerned. I apologized for arriving so late, but the issue just happened.
