Do not go 15 minutes before closing, they will complain loud enough for you to hear, it almost felt intentional. I didn’t want to be there either, but felt I needed to be evaluated. Not what I expected from healthcare professionals. The front desk lady was lovely though I even said something to her about their comments and she apologized.
Excellent service every time I've been to CareNow. The staff is very caring and helpful. I had a cut on my thumb stitched up there and was in the building less than an hour. Much better than going to the ER for a minor injury.
Receptionist was rude and not helpful. Told me my insurance wasn’t active. Wouldn’t call to verify. When I called it was past hours. Didn’t give me other options to pay. So I went to a different urgent care. Don’t go here if you need urgent care the receptionist will just look at you and watch you suffer.
