I came in for stitches and my care was excellent but I had a nasty surprise when I returned to get my stitches out. Despite calling in to confirm that there was no additional charge, I was charged a co-pay. The lady I spoke with on the phone said the return visit was covered under the original visit (which has always been my experience), but the gentleman at the front desk just kept saying over and over that I had to pay. This place is an absolute disaster. The waiting times are not accurate (said my wait would be 5 minutes and still waiting an hour later). The receptionist has an awful cough, which is concerning for already sick people. And they continue to call other (multiple) patients despite me being “first” in-line. Never coming back

Absolute ridiculous doctors do not listen to past experiences claim to know everything that might be best for you they just want to upsell you to get more of your money my daughter goes in with an ear infection,But instead of giving us an antibiotic like we ask because we've done this a million times she wants to give her Tamiflu. Why would we know if she had an ear infection she's only the patient nurse practitioner continue your education and become a real doctor
