New staff or something… I’ve been here a few times when I can’t get a same day appointment w/my PCP. This particular day everyone was super nice. No one I’d ever seen here. From the front desk (Regina) overall nice to everyone I saw come in. Very knowledgeable got everyone in and out. The MA (Christa) was nice talkative (most aren’t) I saw Alex George he was pretty nice to. They’re just a first aid kit . It’s pointless. If you feel like it’s urgent enough to get checked you should just go to a hospital, wasted $180 just to have an ED transfer.
