Don’t think I’m going to go back to this place. I just got an alert from my bank they charged my debit card 149.70 without my authorization. That’s bad business
Went on a Monday afternoon, about 5:00PM. Online website was very handy to fill out all the paperwork in advance and reserve a place in line before I got in my car. Two handicap spaces out front, one van accessible. Ramp available. Clean parking lot. I called in advance and confirmed they accept United Healthcare. Check in was a little unexpected , all electronic , got in fairly quick and vitals taken . Doc was very attentive, And Professional . Ran the test needs to make a positive diagnosis . Clean ! Will not hesitate to use again .

Their website offers, and lets you make an appointment for, DOT physicals. I book the earliest appointment, show up before opening, only to wait for an hour and be told they don't actually offer this service. They wasted half my morning. Change the scheduling options if you don't really offer something.
