I like the check-in online feature, can wait in your car until you’re next in line but the wait times are terrible. Everytime my fiancé or I have visited, we have had to wait 45 min to an hour and half when there is supposedly 3 people in front of us. Even when I was called back, I still waited 45 minutes in the exam room. It’s ridiculous. The male Dr always seems to rush you and talk over you, like he has better things to do. They all are so awesome up there. From the front desk to the nurse to the doctor. Took my autistic son up there, made a appt online and was seen within 2 min. They kept me updated with our number in line. The front desk explained everything as we were self pay. The dr and nurse were awesome with him, had him laughing even tho he was worried and diagnosed him promptly. Will always go back.
