It was awesome! Upon arrival, I didn't have to fill out a bunch of paperwork. Everything was done through a link sent by the receptionist to my phone. I sent my ID and insurance card attachments from my phone, as well. It was a quiet day, so, as soon as the information was completed, I was called in. The PA was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Listened well and determined which meds I needed to recover from my condition. I will return...plus the urgent care office is a minute's drive from my home.
