I went there one time . ONE! Just for a TB test for a jog .Thats all. Now I get 15 to 20 voicemails a day . Please STOP
They don’t answer their phones no matter time of day. Also their review process is as real as the news these days. Have you seen a business with reviews this low before. A class action is needed 100%
You can't charge someones credit card two-months later without a bill going out. The lady at customer service even confirmed that no bill had been mailed. My phone number was incorrect so I didn't receive texts and the email l went to my spam. She said it's when insurance processes. A patient should be aware of how much their card is being charged prior to it being charged because they have no clue what insurance will process and not. It's quite unethical and I think the better business bureau should be aware of this.
I am leaving this review regarding a very concerning experience I had at CARENOW (600 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX) on December 29, 2025. I was refused medical care by the provider, Fabia Nescie, based solely on her stating that she did not like my “attitude.” I was not threatening, abusive, or inappropriate in any way, and there was no valid medical or behavioral reason to deny care.
