I am leaving this review regarding a very concerning experience I had at CARENOW (600 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX) on December 29, 2025. I was refused medical care by the provider, Fabia Nescie, based solely on her stating that she did not like my “attitude.” I was not threatening, abusive, or inappropriate in any way, and there was no valid medical or behavioral reason to deny care. Came here a while back for asthma and was turned away without being assessed. The front desk let me know the provider said I have to go to the ER because I’m having shortness of breath, I asked the front to have me speak to the provider, she then comes to the front her name was Fasica Wondifraw, she tell me I have to go to the ER because my asthma was very bad and they are not Equipped with everything they need like the ER is. Went to Carenow Richardson for asthma flair up and was out of my inhaler and was turned away without getting any help. Lady by the name Fasica Wondifraw who was the nurse practitioner told the front desk to tell me to go to the ER. I didn’t believe the front desk so asked him to have the nurse practitioner tell me herself, I made sure to get her name as well. I have lots of family members who work this field and I know I am at least supposed to get some treatment or at least get checked in for a consult until I can see my PC... read more
CareNow in general is dangerous. They don’t know what they’re doing, they don’t stand behind their mistakes, and they don’t care about kids or families. If you value your child’s safety, do NOT go to CareNow. CareNow put my 5-year-old through hell. They glued his eyebrow shut when he clearly needed stitches. He kept bleeding, and the next day, their own staff admitted we needed to go to a proper ER.
