We recently visited the urgent innova care in Chantilly and had previously visited the one in Ashburn. Both experiences were extremely disappointing and frustrating. The entire concept of “urgent care” in these locations feels misleading because the care is not urgent at all. Despite these being large medical facilities, there was only one provider available, even while many patients were waiting for help.
