Registered online for appointment. Received alert to head to clinic to arrive 10 minutes early for a 10:15 appointment time. Got to clinic at approximately 10:05 and did not see doctor until 11:15. Then I showed up to pick up the prescription she called in to my pharmacy online to arrive and find out she’d cancelled the script and called it in to a completely different pharmacy that is not the one listed on our profile and the one she confirmed.
