The request & lengthy registration for an appointment in advance was useless. I received several confirmations by text on my cell phone and thought I was all set. When I got to CareNow, you didn’t have me registered andnone of my information or scans of the front and back of my ID and two insurance cards were in Your system. I had to start all over And had to do everything again through my cell phone while sitting in the lobby with my son. I’m very sorry to have to leave this review because the care I get from Justin is always superb. He takes his time with me and makes sure I’m taken care of. However, if you get Blue Cross Blue Shield through healthcare.gov, just be very aware that you are not covered when you go into this clinic! I am now stuck with hundreds of dollars and I can’t do anything about it apparently.
