I got in quickly and staff was nice
Fast and efficient and very kind!
I was told my insurance wasn’t accepted, so I paid $180 out of pocket for my visit. Then I received a statement in the mail from my insurance company showing that they paid the facility $180 as well. Clearly I was charged twice for my visit. Whenever I go into the facility to try to get my $180 back and show them the statement from my insurance, they just give me a 1-800 number to billing and tell me to call them. Friendly staff, clean clinic & very efficient, knowledgeable & beautiful nurse practitioner!!
I needed an antibiotic for a sore throat before going out of town. My daughter has been on an antibiotic for 3 days so I know I’ll need one. the NP said not bad enough so I spent $50 copay and walked out with nothing.
