Wish I could give a 0! I sat around with ZERO patients in thr lobby. Took the lady 25 minutes to tell me their insurance system was down so can't process anything and they will charge me with no insurance. I would need to contact them next week if I wanted to try to have them run it and have a refund. Horrible customer service! No sorry. Just excuses.
The care provider person was very professional and kind and so was the front office person. We’ve been going there for years and it’s usually a pretty good experience.
Arrived at Carenow for yearly flu vaccine. Tammie at the front desk made the process signing in quick and smooth. Allison was very pleasant and professional. Made you feel like you were family. Total time in clinic was 10 minutes. Thankyou
The staff at this Care Now location on Parker & Chambers is awesome, from the front desk admin, to the nurse checking you in, to the doctor on staff. Thank you for seeing me and helping me feel better.
The Staff and attending Dr are very friendly and open. Would definitely recommend this location.
