The nurse and the doctor were super nice. The lady that sat at the front desk, Anna was not that nice. She didn't seem like she wanted to help the elderly gentleman in front of me That didn't know how to sign in. I also stumbled around with the sign in process too and she gave me a hard time about protocol and procedures. That's the last thing I need to hear. When I'm sick.
Amazing care! I walked in with my lungs closed and having issues breathing from my asthma and a respiratory infection. They were so accommodating and got me medication in clinic so I could feel better prior to leaving! Dr.Kenneth was so caring and made sure he listened to me. Over all the visit was wonderful and fast!
Service is good But Beware !! They ask for upfront charges irrespective of your service plan with insurance. (even if your plan doesnt have copay) Then they save the card on file and debit the charges without informing you.. So be careful...
This is the second time I've gone to this urgent care within the past 1.5 years and have had excellent care both times. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the check in on line meant I knew when to arrive. I would definitely use this CareNow again!
Very good service and properly maintained and clean area, very friendly and helpful. Normally the urgent care takes so long wait times but here you can finish everything within short time. I really like the doctor who did my medical, very good conversation about fitness and workout routine. Highly recommended.
