Should be send out as a refrigerated medication from Mt Dora to Crystal River and first, they won't use enough ice to ensure a safe product for usage in 90+ degree weather on a two day usps delivery, second refuses to overnight at (their expense) in order to guarantee a safe product. This is a very expensive medication and I have a grant to cover it but, it of no use you me if i can't receive a medication I can use.
I like them. They call and ask if I need anything. No other pharmacy has ever done this. And the medicine is delivered fast!
Terrible service, lack of communication, they push medicine despite telling them refills not needed. Would NOT recommend. Review from my elderly sisters experience. Elderly need much better service than this.
