I had a couple at my prom, that wore a duct tape dress and suit. You and I both know that the discretionary atire rules are there to stop scantily clad dresses from entering a school function. This was a CLEAR abuse of power.
I think the school is disgusting for not allowing a young lady to attend the prom because of her afro centric dress. What a bunch foolishness. Racism is coming back in full force. People having that privileged attitude because of their color. They should know better but then again how can they when they don't care. This school sucks big time
Class of 1983 Lots of good memories there, had some good teachers.
