This is not actually an urgent care. They are not accredited to file as an urgent care. So expect a big bill with the insurance company's hands cut off... At least if you have Oxford. I have reached out to Optom and they actually advised me themselves not to use that location if I want an urgent care facility. Because after your visit it will always get charged as a regular visit requiring you to pay lots out of pocket.
Dr. Mark Brauning is the best!
No one was behind the desk. The waiting room was full. I was told it would cost $40. And a long wait even though I had an appointment. I walked out. The place is absolutely awful!!!!!
Everyone was polite I was seen fast. My doctor was awesome
