Terrible company. Horrible customer service. Mediocre doctors. With the exception of maybe one or two good ones. Their staff is the worst. It seems like they hire the stupidest people possible to make the doctors feel smart.

My appointment time was 10:15. I was told to arrive at 10 for check in. I was brought back to the room at 10:12 and sat there for 43 minutes. No one came to check on me and tell me why it was taking so long. When I asked how much longer I was told he was very busy today. Mean while when I was first brought back all the rooms on the left were empty. While I was sitting there they were filled and taken before us. This is why I won’t be using this place again.
We love Caremount! The staff are wonderful and the pediatric dept is amazing.
Great doctors! You have to wait an hour or more in the waiting room to be seen even with having an appointment.
