My experience with Optum Pediatrics has been a series of long wait times and a complete lack of follow-through for serious medical issues. Trying to reach a human on the phone is a nightmare, and patient concerns are often dismissed or ignored. Your kids are just a number in their system. Save yourself the stress and find a different practice that still cares about its patients.
First of all What kind of place is this that has a pediatrics office but no changing tables in any of the bathrooms. Fast food restaurants have changing tables but a doctors office doesn't, please change this! Second if I could give negative stars I would. This place is a mill, they have rude terrible staff and doctors. My infant ended up needing to go to Albany hospital due to negligence here. We had more than one horrible experience but that was the last straw, so glad we got out of there and found a much better practice. ... read more

Optum stopped accepting our insurance without any notification of the change. So we arrived for our appointment only to discover that they had automatically cancelled the appointment without calling, texting or emailing us.
