Such a terrible and overwhelming experience dealing with this practice, their lack of response is incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever. I would go out of my way to specifically tell anyone that needs a doctor to not go to this place. It’s been month waiting for my doctor to write a letter requesting a medication from my insurance. Doctor never calls me back, they lost my old records, I have initiate every single communication, they never call me back.
Able to get appointments as needed. Friendly and professional staff.
at the optum new paltz location i havent had any bad experiences and theyre always helpful
