ENTIRE STAFF IS ESPECIALLY CARING!
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Optum in New Paltz, the doctors are fine but everything has gone downhill since Optum took over. It’s nearly impossible to reach the office without being transferred between lots of Optum intermediaries, and mistakes are frequently made. I was told incorrectly by an Optum worker at a call center (which I reached while trying to reach the office) that my appointment was today at 3 and that they had ultrasound equipment there, only to find out today that neither of those things were... read more
Such a terrible and overwhelming experience dealing with this practice, their lack of response is incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever. I would go out of my way to specifically tell anyone that needs a doctor to not go to this place. It’s been month waiting for my doctor to write a letter requesting a medication from my insurance. Doctor never calls me back, they lost my old records, I have initiate every single communication, they never call me back.
