Courtney Emerson refused to see my son for his appointment because we were less than 10 minutes late. Even after I appealed to her explaining the circumstances, she still insisted I reschedule. Inconsiderate and unprofessional!
Mismanaged , inefficient , rude and completely unprofessional in the Jefferson Valley office . Good luck trying to even get someone to answer the phone here , 45 mins later , still couldn’t get through . What a joke ! All this only to arrive to find two unprofessional and nasty women talking bout treadmills and lunch , hey Caremount maybe when your “ phone staff “ can’t seem to handle your phones , you should transfer them to these women sitting there doing absolutely nothing !
