This should be zero stars. I had an eye appointment with Dr. Desai. I was told at check-in that they only check healthy eyes. I needed an updated prescription for contacts and eyeglasses. I was told that’s 2 problems they don’t deal with or have the capability to deal with. I clearly stated when I made the appointment that I needed contacts and eyeglasses. My husband waited a month for an appointment with the elbow specialist, the day before his appointment they cancelled and wanted to reschedule an entire month later in Bedford. Shame on Optum.

This place is the worst. I wasn't notified of any appointment. I call the day before and was told my name was not found, then scheduled an appointment at a later day this week only to be called back and told I was scheduled by mistake. Was placed on hold and then another person told me my original appointment was still there, I wasn't transfered to this "new system". I get there after driving over an hour, just to be told there are no doctors for me, the one o was supposed to see canceled. This is not the only negative exper... read more

Doctors are fine, Optum is incommunicative and not worth dealing with. Go elsewhere.
