People complaining about getting someone on the phone. Not my experience. Spoke to someone immediately to schedule appointment and when I called to go over prep process. Just had MRI this morning. 8 am appointment. I was in my car at 8:38. Millie and James were awesome. Didn't even sit down after filling out check in form, went straight back to start procedure. Just had a breast Biopsy done this morning. I really wanted to make sure people knew how amazing the whole staff was. I have never been to this location and was beyond nervous and scared it was going to be painful. Dr. Mark Hertz as well as every single nurse and receptionist were very informative, kind and compassionate during the whole process.
