Just had an MRI this morning, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! I was extremely nervous going in, but James was fantastic, he explained the entire process and told me how long each section would take as we went along. It made the whole thing so much easier. I would highly recommend getting an MRI done at this facility.
On hold for 15 minutes to make an appt.. someone finally picks up, and promptly cuts me off. Patient care seems to be at the bottom of the list.
I had a wonderful experience today. James & Millie ran my MRI - they were so professional, kind & very empathetic. I was nervous going in & they took excellent care of me.
