On hold for 15 minutes to make an appt.. someone finally picks up, and promptly cuts me off. Patient care seems to be at the bottom of the list.
I had a wonderful experience today. James & Millie ran my MRI - they were so professional, kind & very empathetic. I was nervous going in & they took excellent care of me.
People complaining about getting someone on the phone. Not my experience. Spoke to someone immediately to schedule appointment and when I called to go over prep process. Just had MRI this morning. 8 am appointment. I was in my car at 8:38. Millie and James were awesome. Didn't even sit down after filling out check in form, went straight back to start procedure.
