I should've looked at the reviews and should've stood away. I left today, crying because I did not get the help I needed. Doctors like Dr. Kleinbaum, are the reason why women are suffering so much and find it difficult to get the help we NEED. I went in May 21st, with a referral, (mainly referred by my Nutritionist who suggested to get my Hormones tested), but referrals come from your primary of course, and the main thing my primary care provider put was weight loss. I recently went to Yorktown location for a mammography. It was a Friday afternoon. From the moment I walked in the receptionist was polite and attentive. I was seen at my appointed time, which is always a plus. The tech that performed the procedure was wonderful. Made me feel very relaxed. I am only sorry I have nobody’s name !
They say the lab closes at 5:30 and you go before that time and the whole place is empty. They need to be more professional and have better customer service.
