RecommendedHad a televisit with my primary care provider the day prior - he wrote a Rx for a blood test. Walked in the next day- from check in to walk out was about 10 minutes.
You can never get in to be seen by a Dr when you’re sick. When you have a fever of 104, hard to breathe , chest hurts ... they tell you that you have to wait 5 more days to be seen. Unbelievable. Or they tell you to go to the Urgent care and wait for hours when you can barely move and was already seen at The Urgent care a few days prior. Really?
Sitting waiting for care almost 2 hours now!!! Just simply ridiculous!!
customer service and satisfaction is a joke. I just waited an hour past my son's appointment time just to walk out and not be seen. how dare you waste our time when you charge us for missed appointments. I expect to be paid too! I missed work, over time at that to be jerked around. you owe me $45 what a joke
