My experience at Optum has been satisfying and my care has been exceptional.
The doctors and nursing staff are fantastic. Their methods they have chosen for scheduling purposes, checking in, and coordination of care between departments is terrible. Once my doctor is no longer with the practice, I will not be returning.
The care at Optum has always been exceptional!
My wife had a terrible experience. She asked to have her hormones tested to start hormone replacement therapy. She was told that since she is post menopausal that there is no need to test her hormones and then went on to prescribe estradiol without knowing any of her markers. Both the doctors assistant and doctor were rude. I wouldn't recommend anybody visit Optum if this is the kind of practice they are running.
