I have been on hold for 40 minutes to get in touch with a pediatrician. 40 minutes. The first 20 I was transferred and hung up on. I need to rule out an ER visit!!!
If I could give this place less than one star I would. I was treated for cancer about 2 years ago. I had to go through chemotherapy. I saw one of the oncologists at 30 Columbia street in Poughkeepsie who was probably one of the worst doctors I‘ve ever encountered. When I went there was one room with a sort of circle filled with patients (12 all at once I believe) receiving chemotherapy. Not once did the nurse bring me to a separate room to access my port. The absolute worst possible place you can receive medical care. You are on hold for hours at a time. Your appointments are months and months out from the time you call. They tell you your results will be posted on the portal only to never appear on the portal. You can email your doctors every day they will never get back to you. There is no way to actually have a conversation with your doctor .If you unfortunately have to go for an x-ray, you will be sitting and waiting for hours until you eventually just get up and walk out... read more
No follow through with request for call back. Dr. appointment cancelled with no explanation.
