my review is about the process to see a doctor for anything else but a wellness visit, I had an incident i didnt think was urgent however i am 72years old and i am concerned enough to want to see MY Docter and I tried to make an appointment with choosing illness or injury option and my doctor was not available till February so then i put in urgent and it promted me to call 911and would not let me make appointment, I then called the number to make an appointment and the option they offered me was next week in a different loca... read more
No good billing issues they charged in twice
Excellent. Highly recommend.
Experience has improved after they updated their medical record system. It would be convenient if the lab would open a little earlier than 830am. Urgent care seems to be a bit understaffed, having the ability to view urgent care wait times online and request a time would be great.
