Very good Doctors. Terrible customer service. Because they don’t allow you to call the office directly you end up waiting on hold for long periods of time. Their phone system is very frustrating. All I would want is to be able to call my Doctors office and talk to them. The fact that a company who claims to want to care for patients makes it so hard to communicate with doctors is just baffling. Every person you interact with on the phone or in person is great. Had a dermatology appointment on 10/22. First and last time using this or any Optum doctors. He was in the exam room for maybe 5 minutes, was supposed to send a prescription to my pharmacy and never did, was still talking as he was walking out the door. Stay away from MKMG/CareMount/Optum!
All of Optum sights are in well maintained and attached buildings with top notch facilities and staff!
I had a mammogram appt that Optum gave me an out of network Dr. without my knowledge and I am getting charged $995 ( I even paid a copay) WTH ???? On hold now going down the rabbit hole , I can’t believe this
