I have never had someone be so rude to me on the phone. She was SO sassy. I said when can I expect a call back from my doctor or when can I expect the medication to arrive. Which is pretty important to know!!!!! She goes “I don’t know their schedule???” And scoffs at me. Disgusting and unprofessional I’m APPALLED. As someone who works in customer service this was truly astonishing to witness. I tried to ask my question multiple times and she kept cutting me off. I don’t even feel confident that I will receive my medication.
Over 40 years of superior medical care for me & my family
After being a patient of one of the doctors in this practice for over 17 years and traveling to her new location after she left West Med. I was told by Optum that I can no longer be a patient of her, because I haven’t been there in just over three years. Which I would understand during normal times, but we were in the middle of a global pandemic for most of these. Called because of extremely bad eye pain and wanted to see my opthalmologist. The woman who answered was really nasty and not nice. Switching over to northwell health they're more professional and helpful
