This is the absolute worst place to get care. Just don't go here. Everything is a mess- they are horrible with customer service, do not care about the health of their patients, change appointments, will not accommodate even if it is on their end that things aren't working properly, can't even get a referral. I should have read the reviews before going here! I got a notification that I had test results ready, but I called, they told me there was not one person in the whole office who could give me the results. When I asked for the office manager, they said she had already left for the day. When I asked who was in charge there, Carlos had no idea. I told him it was unacceptable to send someone a message that their results were ready and then not have anybody to deliver them for another 6 days. He became extremely combative and tol... read more
I overheard a doctor say something negative about me because I showed up to my appointment very early (My fault, I read the appointment time wrong) just seems a little unprofessional……
I was a patient of doctor Seth Shifrin after recommending for me to get an MRI and in the report stating that should have an Authrograph done he wanted to just send me back to physical therapy after being in pain for 3 months he didn’t want to do anything for me so I went and got a second opinion who wrote me a prescription for an Author graph and come to find out I have a tear in my cartilage in my left hip and going to need surgery to fix it.
