Over 40 years of superior medical care for me & my family
After being a patient of one of the doctors in this practice for over 17 years and traveling to her new location after she left West Med. I was told by Optum that I can no longer be a patient of her, because I haven’t been there in just over three years. Which I would understand during normal times, but we were in the middle of a global pandemic for most of these. Called because of extremely bad eye pain and wanted to see my opthalmologist. The woman who answered was really nasty and not nice. Switching over to northwell health they're more professional and helpful

The days of friendly doctor office visits in medicine are mostly dead and buried since Nixon ditched the last remnants of the gold standard. That greased the congressional printing press to record speeds with each new term adding to the mph.
