Once again a mistake by incompetent Optum. I do not have an appointment in Ossining today. I have never gone to the Ossining office and don’t have an appointment until January in my regular office.
I have to wait more than a month to get an appointment, been sick for weeks. A little frustrating.
I'm disgusted with the lack of care and service. I will never give this horrific company my money.
