The Ophthalmology department is a nightmare ! Dr. Wong was great ! First - no one answers the phone or returns messages. When you finally get to someone they are extremely rude. Had to call several times to get the pre-surgical packet emailed. I actually apologized for bothering Elizabeth Grimes in billing this morning. I paid two payments of $550 in advance of Cataract surgery for my 87 YO mother. Last night I got an email that if I didn't pay it was going to collections - I was concerned. Horrible ability to get a human on the phone and then when you finally do, they disconnect you! Then you have to waste another 10 minutes to go through the whole process again! Horrible staff service!
The staff is terrible, one receptionist and a line out the door. Plus they have an attitude as if I was bothering them. Only here for labs and had to wait for 45 minutes, for a 5 minute blood draw. I don’t recommend
Unorganized staff, they send people up and down and it's terrible, Doctors are great there but the staff is not the Greatest.
Horrible. I left a message via patient portal for my orthopedist regarding treatment not working and continued pain. It's been 4 days and 2 calls into office and STILL no response. When I tried to call, I spoke with front desk who could only tell me they have 72 hrs to respond. I was unable to talk to a nurse. I've never had such shoddy care.
