All 3 of my children go here and although the pediatric drs & nurses are great- their administrative staff is completely rude and incompetent. This morning I was hung up on by a scheduler because I was upset (but still polite) that they double booked and tried to change my 2 yr olds appt to late afternoon when I stressed that she’s wheezing. Clearly my child’s health isn’t a priority to them.
I called caremount twice to get appointmen each time I was in the que over twenty minutes nobody answers the phone smdh
