The doctors and medical care are good. The office staff downstairs for ob/gyn are horrible with bad attitudes and clearly don’t want to be working there. I really hate the setup at this location for ob/gyn - you check in with rude people downstairs, then find your way upstairs and there are patients sitting in hallways and all over. It’s a weird feeling like being herded like animals. I dread going for my annual but it’s close and most convenient.
The Ophthalmology department is a nightmare ! Dr. Wong was great ! First - no one answers the phone or returns messages. When you finally get to someone they are extremely rude. Had to call several times to get the pre-surgical packet emailed. I actually apologized for bothering Elizabeth Grimes in billing this morning. I paid two payments of $550 in advance of Cataract surgery for my 87 YO mother. Last night I got an email that if I didn't pay it was going to collections - I was concerned. Horrible ability to get a human on the phone and then when you finally do, they disconnect you! Then you have to waste another 10 minutes to go through the whole process again! Horrible staff service!
The staff is terrible, one receptionist and a line out the door. Plus they have an attitude as if I was bothering them. Only here for labs and had to wait for 45 minutes, for a 5 minute blood draw. I don’t recommend
