Bad service, I need some papers and they don't respect the schedule they have, in the morning from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and they didn't attend me and I arrived at 11:58 am and it was closed
I went in for the first time for a cough/general check up. I was told I only had to pay a $30 copay, yet I get two additional bills in the mail for a combined $50 from Labcorp on blood tests done. When I argued the bills, I was told by the nurse Patricia that nothing could be done, and I had to pay the bills. These are inexperienced employees aside from the doctors themselves. False advertising should not be condoned. Don't come here - your bill will always be inevitably higher than they say.
Been a patient at this office for 30+ years. Mercer is and excellent Dr. and the staff is very nice and always willing to help
Inefficient office staff, nurses. Dr. Mercer does not listen to the patient, is not efficient. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
