About 3 wks ago; Went in for behavioral health issue, (Depression)at the suggestion of my nurse friend. Thinking the Dr. would prescribe an antidepressant to get me through this time of year,(Holiday )and be off. I was seen by Primary Care Dr.,told I’d be referred to Behavioral Health. Can not always receive a timely response and have to go through a phone service before being able to talk with office.
Will be reporting the NP Silvia Nicholson for negligence.
They have a great program called Nifty after Fifty. They have a series of eight resistance exercise machines. They also have training classes for balance and regular exercise programs for groups. There is also a physical therapy site, by appointment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is all part of the Amerigroup Health System.
The Caremore on Esperanza clinic where I was vaccinated March 2021 made a clerical entry mistake on my CDC card regarding my lot number. Unfortunately I traveled overseas for the Holidays where the Officer of Health greeted me at the airport and discovered the discrepancy which I had no earthly explanation. She mandated that I stay 2 extra days of quarantine at my expense. Caremore refuses to reimburse me $186.56 for their clerical error.
