I have been going to this Caremore center for about a year now, and I am pretty satisfied with their services. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, which is a big plus because it feels nice to be treated like an individual person and not just some patient. My personal pet peeve is when medical staff rushes to get you in and out, just so they can make money faster; with Caremore, that is not the case. I will continue to go this Caremore center for as long as I live on this side of town.
My medical care has sucked since being with CareMore. I developed Bells Palsy, and their idea of treatment is physical therapy. The therapists know NOTHING about treating Bells Palsy. Yet CareMore says the physical therapist have to refer me to the chiropractor, the one doctor who can do me some good. They also refuse to leave me on the insulin that keeps me from gaining weight and keeps my blood sugars between 6.6 and 7.3. On "their" insulin, my blood sugars are between 8.3 & 10.0. CAREMORE CARE SUCKS!!!!
