There’s a reason why they have three stars. They should be one Star . The online app platform is horrendous making you wait two days in order to be able to open your account to verify that you’ve paid your bill. Of course you can pay your bill online without going through the app, but not knowing how much you still owe. Do better.
I have NEVER been to this pharmacy. It's not even in my STATE. I keep getting scam calls from this place so often I've had to block them. They always claim some special deal that you've gotta pay for in order to have access to this place. I don't care how good this place may seem but AVOID AT ALL COST.
Unprofessional customer service by Nina. Also, 1285 Marcus Ave has the security of a government building. If you need to go in it is a hassle.
This place is constantly calling trying to get us to buy or pay for knee injections supposedly order by our doctor. First of all that's ridiculous that a pharmacy would send you injections done procedure second our doctor says he knows nothing about it this place is a scam
