Unprofessional customer service by Nina. Also, 1285 Marcus Ave has the security of a government building. If you need to go in it is a hassle.
This place is constantly calling trying to get us to buy or pay for knee injections supposedly order by our doctor. First of all that's ridiculous that a pharmacy would send you injections done procedure second our doctor says he knows nothing about it this place is a scam
Never contacted me about a bill from a year and a half ago, then when asked about it, claimed they’d sent invoices monthly despite the fact that I had not received a thing from them before July 2019. Seems either really sketchy or extremely unorganized. I would use a different pharmacy if that is an option.
