Run, don't walk to CareMed! They've treated me for strep throat and bladder infections. They made appropriate diagnoses. Sound decisions to refer me. The wait is reasonable. Being from California I have pretty low standards there Additionally, the front desk lady and the med techs are sweet, caring, professional and concerned. Bonus. They accept VA for vets. No issues accepting mine while our local clinic closes every Friday. Better than driving to the ER in Gainesville like VA told me!
This clinic and the whole team from the medical receptionist to the doctor is so attentive and caring, I would recommend them to the whole Nation! I’m a veteran and I have been seeing them at the Dothan location at Ross Clark circle. They have been so kind and supportive every single time!
Dr. Josh is such a God fearing man and it was such a blessing working with him. The clinic was clean and quiet. The wait times in the office is excruciatingly long. And, if you call it will ring and ring and ring, then put you on hold and it is not unusual to be on hold for 20 minutes. Im sorry, that is just not acceptable. Our time as patients is just as valuable as the providers.
