I called on a Sunday afternoon expecting minimum (because it's a Sunday and the end of the day) and Kayla was amazing on the phone. Jasmine listened carefully despite my constant coughing, she was very patient with me. APRN Josel was attentive, listened to my concerns, and took time to educate me on what was going on. I was very thankful!
They are really nice people. They take real good care of you. They want to how are you feeling (very concern about your health). They listen to you and they will get you the best care that you need.
I had to go to the new Caremed in Dothan today. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful. Cody is who saw me and he's top notch. He was knowledgable and eager to address my issues. Thank you so much! I feel 100% better.
Good luck trying to call them to get a hold of the doctors or anyone to return your call. I've been trying to get my grandma deemed incapacitated, and when I talked to the nurse, she said she would ask the doctor to see what they could do. That was three to four weeks ago.
