Dr. Josh is such a God fearing man and it was such a blessing working with him. The clinic was clean and quiet. The wait times in the office is excruciatingly long. And, if you call it will ring and ring and ring, then put you on hold and it is not unusual to be on hold for 20 minutes. Im sorry, that is just not acceptable. Our time as patients is just as valuable as the providers. Takes forever to get in the back but Julie bowers is the best doctor and a very understanding one at that
This used to be my favorite doctors office. However the Saturday workers they have now are extremely unprofessional. I gotta off work as early as I could 2 times and was denied being seen. The last time one of the clinic assistants were telling the young lady registering me that the Doctor would have time to see me because he had to do a procedure on her. I may be wrong but it seems very u professional. I have been a patient at this office for 5 years and I have never had this kind of encounter.
