Excellent service and they try to keep costs down for self pay patients which is much appreciated!!
My situation is weird. I haven't actually seen any providers here. This place doesn't take my insurance, which is fine, but I'd had a frustrating day and I had a crying moment on the phone with the receptionist and I just want to say thank you for responding to me with kindness and empathy. It's so rare these days and if this receptionist is the standard for caremed, I'm sure the rest of the staff is also lovely.
