I was some what stressed because my Doctor in DOTHAN failed to fill my medication and now they were closed. I arrived here and explained my situation. They said they could not see me because they were to busy. Even after I explained my situation they said I could come back Monday or go to Marianna. Being a diabetic with no meds I was getting stressed. I was very disappointed. Being a diabetic I could not wait until Monday. The staff at the Care Med in Graceville Florida is awesome, great hospitality, wonderful Doctors, Shayene Shalom and Dr.Reddy are fantastic. The front receptionist is quick to answer the phone, and appointment are always available. Nursing staff is phenomenal, 5 stars and then some!!
Front desk and nurse assistant were great, while the NP treated us like a number. If you want a hometown feel, do not come here.
