This place is horrible. They never answer the phone, they don't send referrals. While my mother's cardiologist office showed proof they had been requesting the referrals for weeks, in this office they say the other doctor's has not reached out for the document. Dr. Ana Lorenzo is terrible, she will interrupt their patients, use a condescending tone and will barely listen. She will get agitated if another doctor requests Labs or tests, and will everything within her power to cut referrals. This place nor their staff deserve 1... read more
I gave this place a one star only because I had to to write a review because if it was up to me, I’ll give it zero stars first off. My husband started going to this place because his regular doctor stopped taking his insurance. He was treated horribly he started seeing this doctor all of a sudden he got hospitalized like four times sick because they changed his medication around When there was nothing wrong with him so why fix something that’s not broken.
