They don’t answer there phones, say they call you but don’t, say they leave messages but they don’t, can hardly speak to you fluently, always seem lost or confused.
This place sucks. Seems like no one knows what they're doing. They don’t answer phone calls, they don’t check the mail until days later. We asked for a fax number and were given an email. We were waiting for something important for them to send back and had to go 2 weeks later only for them to have never even started it. They can’t send prescriptions to the pharmacy like every other place, have to pick it up ourselves and take it to the pharmacy. Will be moving my grandmother somewhere else more competent.
