Bathroom at the facility are in a question mode, they need to be clean they are very dirty days wise. The reception area is also in poor condition. The NP Figueredo needs a course on how to treat people very rude and disrespectful. Leslie at the reception is very kind and caring, Madelyn Castro at the wellness center is a must with her we feel like family, Margarita at the lab also very caring…

The bathrooms are disgusting and going down the hallway. The rails are dirty too. That's not supposed to be that supposed to be sanitize. Thank you.
Even though i like my clinic and their amenities, I strongly would like to suggest why not move permanently to the facility at Buena Ventura Lake 865, kissimmee... is a bigger building and more secure safety wise with patients with limited conditions. Also wheel chair accesible... thanks to the attention to this matter.
My mother and step dad have been coming here and they have been refused care to cardiologist to pain management because they refuse to give referrals to specialist. Their general doctors become experts and state that specialists aren’t required with unstable and uncontrolled blood pressure. Patients are being told that every time referrals are made they are costing the medical director $300 per pt. This is clearly negligence on the office and doctors part.
