My mom had a house fire in Greenville July 2022. Insurance contacted Caremaster and they launched into action. They packed, cleaned and stored all her belongings with an incredible inventory including photos of each item. They worked with insurance company regarding coverage and estimated repairs. Each person I dealt with in each area of the project gave me their cell phones so I could always reach them even if they were out of the office. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It took 7 months to do an incomplete job. They didnt complete my molding and then they cracked my countertop! Now they want me to pay them. I have to have my countertop redone because they cracked it. This is a deduction in pay for a new countertop!
I spoke with *** about an issue I was having with my roof. It needed replaced and she recommended a company that responded the next day! Their estimate was quick, comprehensive and they were able to get the materials ordered, delivered and the work completed within 3 days! Shout out to ***!!
This company has made my life exponentially harder. They have not followed through with a single thing they promised and have caused more destruction than the original flood.
We had a sewer backup in our bathrooms. Now CareMaster Left holes in our floors uncovered and left the drain in the Master Bath uncovered. I had to put a towel on the drain from the cold air coming in. So after we were able to come back in our home. We were taking a shower and the drain started backing up. Our contractor says they covered it up and it was uncovered when they got there from Care Master. I have pictures to prove it and Care Master said they have a picture that they covered it up. For the record, ***** and ****** were wonderful and truly tried to assist us after a water leak two days before Thanksgiving wrecked our kitchen. We were told that only one person was in our garage when one of my husband's drills went missing (we have cameras, that was a lie). Then another 2 sets of my husband's tools went missing and then magically appeared in the back of their van on the next visit. It seemed to be a lone actor, and we were willing to let it go. I had water damage to my home in early December. I looked on the next-door website to see what company was most recommended to use. The most often recommended company was Caremaster. I engaged them for the re-flooring of my home and just wanted to let you all know what a disappointing experience it was. I strongly suggest looking just about anywhere else for a company in case you have fire or water damage to your house.
