Absolute worst excuse for a prescription plan. They cover no brand name medications at all. You spend hours doing the legwork to chase down prior authorization that they ask for, and then they cover it 1 or 2 months and suddenly you go to the pharmacy and they want $756 for a refill that cost $25 last month.
