The first time I went there was a couple yeas ago. It went well. I filled out paperwork, and got in , and out. They signed me up for Care link, and my doctor visits went fine, and smooth. Fast forward one year, and everything was different. Before I knew it , they were singing me up for Obamacare, and by the time I knew what he was doing, I was signed up. 3/14/24- My son had his Carelink appt yesterday and was scheduled for 1pm. He arrived on time and when he went to sign in at the front desk, he gave a staff member by the name of Rudy, his name and was given paperwork to fill out. After almost an hour, we noticed everyone in the waiting room was getting called before us. We even heard a lady say she was here for a 2pm appt and was taken back immediately by an enrollment advisor.
