Being an RN for many years I have over 18 years experience with hospice and palliative care. Care line hospice by far was the worst patient care I have ever witnessed. My grandmother went without morphine during her actively dying stage due to “ we are trying to locate the nurse. “ We waited four and a half hours after my grandma had passed before the hospice nurse arrived to pronounce her death. No compassion, multiple delays and additional stress that is not needed during this difficult time.

Careline as an organization seems to be caring. Be very cautious of which Doctor is assigned to your parent. Our latest experience has been awful. My mother was overmedicated to the point of causing a mini stroke and great difficulty walking. The Doctor was rude and refused to listen to our knowledge of her condition and reactions.

In a difficult transition of life, Careline Hospice has been extraordinary in their level of care and service. Each Careline representative has shown sincere tenderness and sensitivity to my father as he has adapted into Assisted Living/Memory Care. Careline Health Group took care of my father at the end of his life. They exceeded all my expectations. I spoke with many of the staff, and they were all very professional and helpful. I could not have been more grateful for their kindness at this difficult time.
