Thank you to all of the great staff who provided such wonderful care to my Mom over the last few years. Thank you to Doctor Kelly Shank for getting my Mom this care. We were lucky to have all of your help and care when my Mom still lived in her home and then when she moved to Genocross, Wolf Creek. There are too many wonderful people to name who cared for my Mom and I will be forever grateful. Thank you for being there until the end. I would highly recommend you to anyone.
The Careline Hospice was not a good experience for me. My mom was on Hospice through them. There was lack of communication with me about the stages of dying my mom was going through. They didn't update me about changes with her. I had no clue what was going on. Giving me brochures to read felt impersonal. I had friends who went through other Hospice agencies and their experiences were much better. I felt there was a lack of communication between the aids at the facility and Hospice team.
