Scammers! Taking over $80.00 out each month for a cpap machine since 2022 (we are now 2024) after not resubmitting claim to insurance and said it was on us to contact insurance. Got the docto office involved and found out they were responsible and did not follow through. In addition overcharged us and had over 200.00 + credit and was suppose to stop taking money out of our account but didn‘t. service is terrible, they lose faxes, promise to send things, which never arrive, when you call or text for help, it goes into a big black hole of no response. I would think twice about using this customer poor lack of service company.
When I first switched over to Carelinc after getting severe Covid, they were wonderful. I was hospitalized for almost a month and nearly died. I have been on oxygen for a year. Since then I have been diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis. My doctor gave me a prescription for a portable oxygen pack, and my insurance company is waiting for Carelibc to give a preauthorization for it. Have dealt with Car linc for several issues over the years Cpap rleated and a few others. They must out source services because they are great when talking to you about insurance and doing the initial work. up. Then comes the person that is to provide the actual service and the here comes the failure mode. The cpap guy i dealt with could not care less if he ever made here. He never did make it here the way.
