Geno was very informative and pleasant to work with! He definitely knows his job well! My husband came to him a few months back and hoped I would get him too and I did!
This place is amazing! I can't recommend enough!!! So extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Heather worked so hard to help me: she listened to my needs, answered all my questions and got me set up with exactly what I needed- it was the best customer service I have received in a very long time. She made the whole process simple and painless on my end which is not usually my experience when dealing with anything connected to the medical field. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind.
I don’t have anything negative I could say about my experience with CareLinc in Midland. They have treated my family very well over the years, so once it was my turn for a CPAP, I knew I could trust going here. I was not disappointed. I appreciate that they don’t just treat their clients as a “number”, but as an individual.
