Gene did an excellent job of explaining everything to me. He was very thorough and I didn't feel rushed at all. He was patient and kind. Totally recommend him 100%.
Great service very friendly. Took time to show us what to look for when the machine is not working properly. Also made sure my mom was compfortable when using oxygen at home.

Gene is an amazing technician who made everything super understandable. I had tried a cpap before and ended up having a panic attack and never went to get my machine. Gene gave me the confidence to try again which is really great seeing as I'm pregnant and it's very important have oxygen not just for me, but for the baby as well. Thanks Gene!
