After repeated calls for CPAP supplies, I am constantly receiving contradictory information regarding why I’m not receiving supplies on time. This has been an ongoing issue. Repeated promises to notify me to reorder supplies, have not been fulfilled. I will have no choice but to notify my provider

I only chose one star because I had to. A new diagnosis can be scary and even more so without ANY support from your medical supply provider. Thankfully it was “only” a cpap machine and not oxygen or something more serious!! I called for 3 weeks leaving more messages than I can count trying to get support. After 1 month, I returned the machine. Not only did the representative not ask why I’m returning, he acted bothered to have to take the machine back. This company is so hard to work with. I have had incorrect and misleading information constantly. Waiting for service personnel is a challenge. Plus, their hold time is f o r e v e r!
