People are very nice in the store. Billing is sleazy, even they can not explain my bill to me. Customer service sends me to billing, billing sends me to customer service. I pay deposits monthly, nobody can explain. EDIT: I have also contacted medicare and asked if they actually cover a $35/month rental for a $30 part. Shame.
I love how they care but also how they treat you on the phone
I was not released from GR in time to be home and meet Michael. I did call the after hour number and luckily got connected with the late driver who was roughly only ten minutes away. I forget his name, but he was great. Very informative and made it an easy transition. I do remember that his wife also worked in the home health care area.
